Website Designer

Are you a web design expert that wants to work from home and help businesses grow? Well, this is the position for you! You will be a part of creating websites for some of the biggest companies in the United States. Including the back end and front end of the websites.

Requirements

Below are some of the requirements for this position.

• Must be proficient in Wix, Webflow, Wordpress, Adobe Xd, and Shopify.
• Must be proficient in graphic creation.
• We are known for our people skills and being able to converse well with others so you must be a very personable person with good communication skills.
• Must have knowledge of some basic animation.
• Must have at least 2 years of web design experience with a reference.

Commission:

This job is strictly commission based. 100% of your pay will be from commission that is why it is listed as a part time job. The commission is 25%. As the web designer, if you complete a website for a customer that purchased a website for $20,000, you will receive $5,000. If the customer purchased a monthly plan that includes the creation of a website then you will receive 25% of that monthly payment for however long that plan is for even if the website is completed you will still get paid that 25% for essentially no work at that point. If the customer bails out of the website and doesn't pay, you will be paid nothing for that work. It is unfortunate when that happens but that is just how it goes.
